Seeking an experienced Internal Communications Manager to lead strategic employee communications that strengthen culture, align teams and support business initiatives across a fast-paced organization. About the job Play a pivotal role in driving strategic transformation across regional operations. In this role, you will lead change strategies for enterprise-wide initiatives, partnering with leaders and project teams to guide organizations through complex transitions. Your work will support adoption, reinforce new ways of working, and ensure sustainable outcomes aligned to future-state operations. The role of an individual contributor within the organization focuses on completing specific tasks and projects; contributing directly through their skills and expertise. Performs specialized technical tasks to support operations. Work is primarily achieved independently, however may collaborate with a team. Expertise in stakeholder analysis, organizational impact assessment, and transition planning. Background in developing targeted communication and training strategies for diverse audiences. Experience defining success metrics and evaluating change effectiveness across project phases. Commitment to building change management capability within teams and programs.
