Pedcor Management Corporation is seeking a driven, people-focused Property Manager to lead one of our award-winning Apartment Home communities. What You'll Do
As the Property Manager, you will oversee all day-to-day operations of the community, lead and develop a high-performing onsite team, and ensure residents feel proud to call the property home. Your leadership will directly influence resident satisfaction, financial performance, compliance, and the long-term success of the community.

To be successful in this role, candidates should have:

• A minimum of 7 years of property management experience
• A current Property Manager license
• Strong knowledge of property management principles and best practices
• Section 42 (LIHTC) tax credit experience preferred
• Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to coach, develop, and hold teams accountable
