Weekday and Weekend shifts 4 -12 hour shifts - no short shifts! Ideal for caregivers looking for a consistent schedule. Matching clients to the right caregiver = optimal care! Before you apply, do you qualify? Minimum Qualifications: You must be authorized to work in the U.S A valid driver's license and insured vehicle with your name on the policy is required to be considered. Able to provide transportation for clients for appointments, Shopping, engagement activities, etc. Advanced Proficiency in English -ability to read, write and communicate clearly. Great communication is ESSENTIAL in this role. 1-3 years of experience as a hands-on Senior Caregiver, Home Health Aide, or Certified Nurse’s Assistant. We will also consider private care or care for a loved one as experience. (Certifications are a plus but not required) Ability to commit to a minimum of 3 days of availability per week. Willingness to travel up to 15 miles for shifts (approx. 30 min commuting time) The ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25 pounds. Daily access to internet, email, and mobile phone w/ability to use a phone app. (WellSky experience a plus) About Us: Touching Hearts at Home of Canton is a private home health care agency that provides non-medical care to our senior community members.
