Pay Rate: $80.00/hour, Grass Weekly : $3200/week Job Description
We are seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) for a 15-week contract assignment in Salinas, CA. The OT will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide therapy services to help patients improve daily living and functional skills. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting, strong communication skills, and a patient-centered approach to care.
Requirements- Active California Occupational Therapist License
- Current BLS Certification
- Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Rehab experience preferred
- Excellent assessment and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the care team
