CDL-A Entry Level: Paid Training to Solo Driver + Weekly Pay

Polaris Freightways is seeking CDL A Entry Level drivers for paid training in Phoenix, Arizona. You will receive 4 to 6 weeks of paid mentorship and can expect to earn $850 weekly during training. Afterward, average weekly pay jumps to $1,600–$1,800, driving a fully-loaded 2026 Freightliner Cascadia. We offer a complete benefits package including medical, dental, and paid time off.
