We’re looking for a Full-Time Porter to help maintain the polished, seamless environment that defines the Demi experience. This is an entry-level opportunity for someone dependable, hardworking, and eager to learn the standards of exceptional hospitality.
What you'll do
Working behind the scenes, you’ll help keep the restaurant clean, organized, and ready for service.
Polishing glassware and silverware
Putting away clean dishes and equipment
Preparing coffee and tea
Assisting with dishwashing when needed
Maintaining clean, orderly, and properly sanitized spaces
Supporting the team by folding linens, sweeping, mopping, and restocking
Completing deep-cleaning tasks throughout the restaurant as needed
Maintaining exterior areas, including snow removal and salting walkways
Cleaning mirrors, doors, bar shelving, and other guest-facing areas
Stepping in wherever needed to support the team
Who we're looking for
Previous fine dining experience is a plus. Must-haves:

Schedule and Requirements
This is a full-time, five-night-per-week position, Wednesday through Sunday . Typical schedule: 4:00 PM–close, with close typically around 11:30 PM–12:00 AM.
You must be able to:
Stand for up to 10 hours
Lift and carry up to 50 pounds
Work independently while supporting the broader team
Benefits and Compensation
Paid time off is accrued at a rate of 1 hour per 30 hours worked and is available for use as soon as it is accrued.
Employer-subsidized health, dental, accident, life, and short term disability insurance plans are available after 90 days of employment.
A 401(k) retirement plan with company matching is available after one year and 1,000 hours worked.
