By joining our network, you gain access to opportunities tailored to your goals.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and maintain all IT infrastructure and systems across manufacturing operations.Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with production goals and company objectives.Manage IT projects, including system upgrades, software implementations, and infrastructure improvements.Ensure the security, integrity, and availability of all data and IT assets within the manufacturing environment.Provide technical support and training to manufacturing personnel for IT-related issues and systems.Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers to ensure optimal performance and cost-effectiveness.Develop and manage the IT budget for manufacturing operations.Ensure IT compliance with industry regulations and company policies.Recommended Qualifications5+ years experience in IT management within a manufacturing environment.Proven track record of implementing and managing ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Plex) relevant to manufacturing operations.Strong understanding of cybersecurity best practices and compliance requirements in an industrial setting.Experience with infrastructure management, including network, server, and endpoint devices commonly found in manufacturing plants.Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team of IT professionals.Bonus QualificationsExperience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) in a manufacturing context.Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices for industrial control systems (ICS) and operational technology (OT).Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and their application to IT.Certifications in IT service management (e.g., ITIL) or project management (e.g., PMP).Experience with IoT solutions and their integration into manufacturing processes.Job Titles That Should ApplyIT Manager, Information Technology Manager, IT Operations Manager, IT Director, Head of IT, Technical Services Manager, Systems Manager, Infrastructure Manager, Applications Manager, IT Project ManagerWhy The Pivot Group NetworkThe Pivot Group Network was founded by manufacturing professionals who've been on both sides of the hiring process.
