Located in West Nyack, NY, our residential treatment program specializes in supporting adolescents dealing with Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, and Exercise Addiction. We are committed to guiding both adolescents and their families on the journey to complete recovery, equipping each young person with the tools to face life's challenges without the burden of an eating disorder. Our approach combines empathy, education, and family involvement, fostering a supportive environment where adolescents can cultivate healthy skills and embrace their unique identities.

We are looking for a Recovery Coach to become a vital part of our team. This role presents an exciting opportunity to advance your career in the mental health and eating disorder fields!

• Type: Part-Time (Preferred shifts: Sunday/Monday or Wednesday/Thursday)
• Compensation: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour, based on experience and education

• Actively support clients throughout their recovery journey.
• Deliver interventions aligned with each client’s treatment plan.
• Encourage clients to form healthy relationships with peers and staff.
• Assist with food preparation and meal setup; supervise and model client meals and snacks.
• Participate in therapeutic groups and help develop essential skills for clinical growth.
• Conduct rounds and provide observations on client progress.
• Occasionally transport clients for off-site appointments and activities.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-secondary education; a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology is preferred.
• At least one year of experience in a mental or behavioral health setting is highly desirable (and may be required in certain states).
• A valid state-issued Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• Strong communication and client relations skills, along with a service-oriented mindset, flexibility, and teamwork capabilities.
