You partner across Risk, Product, Marketing, and Technology to balance portfolio performance with business objectives and to strengthen decision rules and monitoring. You help us identify risks and opportunities, translate analysis into clear recommendations, and support strong risk management practices.Job ResponsibilitiesAnalyze and challenge the performance of key business initiatives, delivering insights and recommended actionsDefine problem statements, identify risks and opportunities, secure stakeholder alignment, and support end-to-end initiative deliveryIdentify and assess performance trends using statistical, data mining, and quantitative methodsConduct root cause analysis and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendationsPrepare and present risk monitoring reports and insights to senior leaders and stakeholdersSupport development and maintenance of the risk management framework, helping ensure alignment to regulatory expectationsMonitor internal and external behavioral data and industry trends to continuously improve risk management processesPartner with cross-functional teams to support portfolio risk decision rules and ongoing enhancementsRequired Qualifications, Capabilities, and SkillsBachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative discipline such as Finance, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or Operations ResearchStrong analytical, interpretive, and problem-solving skills with ability to structure and execute analyses logicallyAbility to translate complex analysis into practical solutions and concise executive-ready presentationsExperience using at least one analytics tool such as SAS, SQL, Python, or Tableau, with some coding experienceStrong attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset, with ability to make independent decisionsAuthorization to work in the United States, without employment-based immigration sponsorshipAbout UsChase is a leading financial services firm, helping nearly half of America's households and small businesses achieve their financial goals through a broad range of financial products.
