Xenios Technologies is seeking an exceptional UI/UX Designer to help shape the design and user experience of its AI-native operating system for health coaches, trainers, and performance specialists. This is a founding-level, equity-based role with significant long-term upside, transitioning to a salaried position upon successful funding.

• Salary: From $51,595/year (equity-based, transitions to salary after funding)
• Contract Type: Part-Time, Full-Time, or Contract

Role Overview

You will own the end-to-end user experience across Xenios’s web and mobile platforms, transforming complex AI-driven workflows into intuitive, elegant, and human-centered designs. This role is pivotal in building trust, driving engagement, and empowering both coaches and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive, visually compelling experiences for web and mobile apps
• Lead UI/UX design from concept to production
• Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and prototypes in Figma
• Establish and maintain a scalable design system
• Design AI-powered interfaces (conversational and personalized)
• Collaborate with engineers and product leaders to implement designs
• Conduct user research and usability testing
• Ensure accessibility and consistency across the platform

Candidate Requirements

• 5+ years of UI/UX or Product Design experience
• Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile applications
• Experience designing digital products from concept to launch
• Proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping tools
• Ability to work in fast-paced startup environments
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Passion for AI, digital health, and user-centric design

Preferred

• Experience designing AI-powered or data-driven applications
• Familiarity with React, Next.js, and collaboration with engineering teams
• Frontend: React, Next.js, React Native (Expo)
• AI Integrations: Anthropic Claude, Deepgram, MediaPipe
• Design Tools: Figma, modern prototyping platforms
