Saline Care Nursing & Rehabilitation is looking for compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our full-time overnight team. Whether you prefer 12-hour shifts or 8-hour shifts, we have overnight opportunities available with competitive experience-based pay and additional shift differentials. Full-Time Shifts Available 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM 12-Hour Night Shift 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM 8-Hour Overnight Shift CNA Pay $18.00–$24.50/hour, based on experience Earn Even More +$2.00/hour Overnight Differential +$2.00/hour Weekend Differential Work an overnight weekend shift and earn an additional $4.00/hour in differentials Annual performance evaluation with the potential for a pay increase based on performance Why Join Saline Care? What You'll Do Assist residents with activities of daily living Provide compassionate personal care Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning Monitor and report changes in resident condition Answer call lights and respond to resident needs Support nurses and fellow CNAs Help maintain resident comfort, dignity, and safety What We're Looking For Active CNA certification Compassionate and dependable Strong communication and teamwork skills Reliable attendance Commitment to providing quality resident care Own the Night.
