Physical Therapist - Outpatient SettingWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist to join our outpatient team. This position will focus on providing therapy evaluations and treatments for a patient caseload that includes adolescents to geriatric patients. The therapist will engage in managing cases across orthopedic, neurological, and general medical conditions, ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures.ResponsibilitiesConduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.Provide therapy interventions and monitor patient progress.Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient care.Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.ScheduleThis is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week across 4-5 days. Occasional weekend and holiday coverage may be necessary.LocationPosition requires a permanent address of 50+ miles from the facility.
