Ultrasound Tech

Job Details:

• Variable day/swing shift times from 07:00 to 01:00
• Variable swing/graveyard shift times from 12:00 to 05:30
• 40 hours of orientation required
• Must have 4 years of experience as an Ultrasound Tech
• Travel experience required
• Must have ability to perform OB ultrasound
• Bachelor's degree in Sonography preferred
• BLS from AHA required
• Must have active Sonography license with Oregon Board of Medical Imaging (OBMI)
• Must be registered with ARDMS in both Abdomen and OB/GYN
• Epic charting experience required
• Must be capable of operating state-of-the-art ultrasound equipment and computer systems
• Work with patients of all age groups: adolescents, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics
• Perform various ultrasound procedures including fetal anatomical surveys, abdominal studies, and guidance for procedures
• May float to affiliate hospital (West Valley Hospital) approximately 15 minutes away
• Must demonstrate empathy and compassion for patients, families, and co-workers
