Field Supervisor - Central/North NJ

We are looking for a Field Supervisor to support various residential energy efficiency programs in Central/North New Jersey. Responsibilities Oversee the daily operation of teams conducting residential energy audits (2-3/day), installing energy‑efficient equipment, pre/post‑installation verifications, and other technical data gathering activities. Review inspection results, customer and contractor interactions to adhere to program requirements and compliance measures. Troubleshoot escalated technical problems and issues in accordance with client specifications. Act as local, on‑site program and company representative to customers and contractors, encouraging participation and overcoming barriers. Travel throughout a defined territory with a company‑provided vehicle. Qualifications Over 7 years of relevant industry experience, including auditing, home inspections, and home equipment installation. Over 3 years of leadership experience, preferably in a field‑service setting. High school diploma or GED required; BPI Certification preferred. Valid driver's license and clean driving record; must pass a pre‑employment drug test and motor‑vehicle report. Must be able to work in a safety‑sensitive environment and comply with DOT and other applicable regulations.
