We create end-to-end journeys for card products and features, including Chase Pay Over Time, My Chase Loan, Balance Transfers, Credit Line Increases, Credit Line Exchanges, Pricing and more. Job responsibilitiesDesign and develop elegant solutions to specific interaction problems and ensure consistency across multiple products and platforms while adhering to industry best practicesApply advanced knowledge of information architecture and storyboarding to create user-centric designs that enhance navigation, findability, and overall user satisfactionConduct data-driven analyses to inform design decisions and use data to transform raw information into valuable insights to inform decision-makingCollaborate with cross-functional teams to incorporate inclusive design principles and accessibility guidelines to ensure our products and services cater to a diverse range of usersOperate with an iterative design mindset and incorporate user feedback and insights to continuously improve the overall user experience of our offeringsAssist in the analysis of market trends, user research studies, and user behavior analyses to inform design decisions and contribute to the team's strategic thinkingDevelop reusable frameworks and playbooks across Credit Products and the broader ecosystem to accelerate speed-to-market and enable consistency at scale. Build strong relationships with cross-functional partners (Product, Strategy, Tech, etc.) and proactively identify opportunities to collaborate, incorporating diverse perspectives to elevate project outcomes and strengthen trust. Communicate design decisions clearly to stakeholders by articulating rationale, tradeoffs, and user impact to build alignment and drive buy-in. Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills3+ years in a user experience design or equivalent role dedicated to improving experiences with digital products and servicesProven ability to create visually appealing and functional designs using industry-standard tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite)Demonstrated experience in designing and optimizing user experiences across multiple platforms, including web, mobile, and other digital channelsPrevious experience interpreting complex data and transforming it into actionable insights for informed decision-makingProficient understanding of inclusive design principles, accessibility guidelines, and assistive technologies, with a history of creating accessible and inclusive digital experiencesPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsExperience designing within an established design system, applying standards, patterns, and component guidance to deliver consistent web and mobile experiences.Experience working in a regulated environment (e.g., healthcare, insurance, or finance) is a plusChase is a leading financial services firm, helping nearly half of America’s households and small businesses achieve their financial goals through a broad range of financial products.
