IT Support Coordinator

Full Time (80hrs. per biweekly pay period)

8am - 5pm, in person position

This role does requires travel to the Lancaster office 1 day per week. 

Training/Orientation - will mostly be at Lancaster office

 

 

Essential Functions

Organizes, documents, and prioritizes all incoming IT support requests.

Troubleshoots organization information systems problems and supports end-users, with a specific focus on Suncoast Solutions and Microsoft Windows.

Collaborates with other I.T. department staff for advanced support issues.

Communicates with software vendors regarding enhancements and unresolved issues.

Assists with routine maintenance and monitoring functions of software applications.

Assists other staff in the Information Technology Department with routine functions and special projects. 

Works with the department in developing recommendations to improve and enhance organization's overall utilization of technology. Assist in implementing enhancements and solutions where appropriate.

Troubleshoots and performs minor repairs on hardware.

Assists in deploying and staging smartphones, desktops and laptops.

 

Qualifications

High school graduate or GED required

 

Working knowledge of Windows Operating systems and office productivity software required.

* Must work a minimum of 64 hours per two-week pay period
