A nationally recognized PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) organization is seeking a Geriatrician, FM Physician, or IM Physician to join its growing team in the greater Milwaukee area of Wisconsin. Position Highlights: Deliver relationship-centered care in a physician-led model that prioritizes quality over productivity
Work alongside an experienced interdisciplinary team committed to helping seniors remain independent
Outpatient-only practice with a Monday through Friday schedule
Shared, low-volume phone call averaging just 6 to 9 weeks per year
Average daily census of only 2 to 9 patients, allowing unrushed, comprehensive visits
Guide individualized care plans for medically complex older adults while building lasting patient relationships
Robust clinical support from advanced practice providers, nursing, therapy, social work, and behavioral health
