Our client is seeking a Senior Production Manager to play a critical leadership role at its manufacturing operation in Chagrin Falls, Ohio. This is an outstanding opportunity for a hands-on, results-driven leader with a strong background in production leadership, Continuous Improvement, operational excellence, safety, quality, and team development.

Even more compelling, this position is designed to provide a clear path toward advancement. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to progress into a Plant Manager position within approximately 18 to 24 months.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking an experienced manufacturing leader with:

• At least 8 years of progressive production or manufacturing leadership experience.
• Experience within the chemical, food and beverage, or pharmaceutical industries.
• A demonstrated track record of leading manufacturing teams and improving operational performance.
• Strong experience with Continuous Improvement methodologies, including Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, Kaizen, root cause analysis, process improvement, waste reduction, and productivity improvement.
• The ability to lead through influence, develop supervisors and frontline leaders, and create a culture of accountability.
• A strong commitment to safety, quality, operational discipline, and employee engagement.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.

Compensation & Relocation

The company offers a highly competitive compensation package, including:

• Base Salary: $130,000–$150,000
• Annual Bonus: 12% target bonus
• Relocation: A comprehensive relocation package is available for the right candidate.
