- Corporate Security OfficerMain - MASON, OH 45040## OverviewPosition TypeFull TimeJob ShiftAny## Description**General Purpose of Position****:** Perform daily security, safety, and public service duties. Maintain a safe and secure work environment, while assisting in various aspects of the facilities department.**Primary Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions)****:**| | || --- | --- || | **Duties/Responsibilities** || 1 | Oversee and administer security programs that control access to all of the campuses to ensure a safe work environment for all employees || 2 | Daily documentation of events that have occurred on campus(es) || 3 | Conduct regular patrols of all campus buildings and assist with events and activities located on the campus(es) || 4 | Professional customer service with employees, guests, vendors, contractors, and truck drivers || 5 | Able to manage complex issues in a calm professional manner, while ensuring the safety of employees and the campus(es) || 6 | Develop a working relationship with local law enforcement || 7 | Utilize security equipment, including CCTV, alarm systems and access control points. || 8 | Adhere to all SOPs, cGMPs, and COPs as directed by the Company and Food & Drug Administration |## Qualifications**Travel**:Position may require 5-10% travel Must have a valid driver’s license.**Work Shift**:This position works days, nights, and weekends. Overtime may be required.**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities****:*** Excellent written and verbal communication skills* Knowledge of CCTV and Access Software* Must be observant and detail oriented* Have a helpful and professional personality**Education and Experience****:*** Previous Security experience preferred* Outstanding Customer service experience strongly preferred* High School Diploma or equivalent required**Physical Demands and Work Environment****:*** Required to stand, sit, walk, talk, see, and hear. Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 75 pounds. Must use hands and fingers to operate equipment/controls/computer.* Must have the ability to adjust focus for unplanned activities and other duties as assigned. Daily contact requires courtesy, discretion, and sound judgment.* Most of the work environment is indoors, but outdoor work required.
