Whether you're advancing your career or growing your skillset, we are here to drive you forward.Role ResponsibilitiesCapture high-quality images of wholesale vehicles for CarMax websites.Secure and verify vehicles, ensuring appraisal information accuracy and resolving discrepancies.Perform vehicle confirmations and transfers, communicating details promptly and accurately.Assist with inventory optioning to maintain accurate vehicle data.Support lot staging and merchandising projects, partnering with Inventory and Sales teams.Provide auction support, including imaging, staging, scanning, and auction day assistance.Follow CarMax Environmental, Health and Safety (EH&S) requirements and maintain a clean and orderly work area.Required QualificationsAbility to deliver exceptional customer service and collaborate across departments.Strong skills to read, interpret, and maintain accurate records.Proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.Effective verbal communication and listening skills for internal and external interactions.Flexibility to work outdoors in various weather conditions and stand for extended periods.Valid driver's license and willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.Commitment to CarMax policies and professional appearance standards.At CarMax, we revolutionized the used car buying experience over 30 years ago by introducing transparency and integrity into the process.
