As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Bilingual HR Generalist to join our team at our Monroe, NC headquarters. This is a hands‑on, high‑impact role at the heart of a company where people are our foundation — and where your fluency in Spanish will make you an essential bridge between leadership and our production workforce. What You Will Do Serve as the first point of contact for employee questions on policies, benefits, payroll, and workplace matters — in both English and Spanish. Manage full-cycle recruiting for production, installation, and office roles: posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Coordinate new-hire orientation, first-day safety training, and onboarding paperwork. Administer benefits enrollment, leave requests, and return-to-work documentation. Support employee relations by taking intake concerns, documenting conversations, and assisting with investigations and resolution meetings. Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with federal and North Carolina employment regulations (I‑9, FMLA, ADA, OSHA recordkeeping). Translate HR policies, notices, and training materials into Spanish and deliver bilingual communications company‑wide. Partner with the HR Manager on performance reviews, retention initiatives, and HR projects across multiple business entities. What You Bring Full professional fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written) required. 2+ years of HR experience (generalist, coordinator, or recruiter), preferably in manufacturing, construction, or a skilled‑trades environment. Working knowledge of core employment law and HR compliance practices. Strong organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with payroll/HRIS systems (ADP a plus). Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred; PHR/SHRM‑CP a plus, or equivalent experience. What We Offer Competitive salary, commensurate with experience.
