Lead Forklift Operator

At Babylist, we help families prepare for one of the biggest moments of their lives, and our Commercial Point Fulfillment Center is where that promise becomes real. As a Lead Forklift Operator, you're the most experienced person on the equipment and the one others look to for guidance. You'll keep product moving safely and accurately, train new operators, and help the supervisor run the floor. This is a hands-on leadership role: you stay on the equipment and lead from the floor.

The schedule for this role is Friday through Sunday 6:00am - 6:30pm at our Fulfillment Center located in Commercial Point, OH.

At Babylist we believe in competitive starting pay and a clear, structured scale that rewards performance and tenure. You'll always know how your pay grows.

Starting pay for this role is $25.75 per hour.

Earn up to $1,000 for joining our team:

• $600 paid on your first payday after 90 days of employment
• $400 paid on your first payday after 180 days of employment

You must be actively employed on the payment date to receive each payment.

Weekend shift: additional $1.75 per hour

The Fulfillment Center is closed on the following days for the weekend shift in 2026:

• Christmas Day
• New Year's Day (2027)

All shifts receive 4 floating holidays in addition to the holidays observed, so you can celebrate what matters to you the most, whenever that may be.
