What you’ll need to succeed:

• Current and active Michigan SLP license
• SLP-CCC credentials required
• Recent experience working in K-12 school settings
• Ability to commit to onsite work; this assignment cannot be done virtually
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
• Unable to accept SLP Clinical Fellows (CFs) at this time; experienced SLPs only

Role responsibilities:

• Provide diagnostic, therapeutic, and consultative speech services to a diverse K-12 caseload
• Develop and implement individualized educational plans (IEPs)
• Engage in data-driven progress monitoring and documentation
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and administrators to support student growth
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and professional development
