Job Responsibilities

• Craft Customized Treatment Plans: Assess patient needs and devise tailored therapy strategies to help them reach their functional aspirations
• Deliver Therapeutic Services: Employ evidence-based interventions to support enhancement of motor skills, cognitive functions, and daily living activities
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Partner closely with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care
• Educate Patients and Caregivers: Share knowledge of therapy methods to empower patients and families in maintaining progress at home
• Track and Document Progress: Monitor outcomes and refine treatment plans as necessary to ensure patients' ongoing success

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Continuing education and post-graduate certifications are strongly encouraged

Licensure

• Hold an active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is required
