We're hiring a Leasing Consultant at Arbor Pointe Apartments in Fairfield , OH . We are offering up to $18.00/hr. PLUS $100.00 commission on new lease signings, tuition reimbursement, and two weeks paid time off AND full benefits. Benefits for full time employees: Pay up to $16.00 - $18.00/hr. to start Up to $100.00 Commissions on new lease signings Tuition Reimbursement Paid Time Off: 80 hours year 1, 120 hours year 2 Holiday Paid Time Off Medical Insurance through Blue Cross/Blue Shield at $47.50/mo. plus, Dental and Vision Insurance Life and Disability Insurance Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: Greets, assists, and leases apartments to all prospective residents who enter the community Ensures appearance of the "model" apartment/s and target apartments are acceptable for showings Must be aware of the "Curb Appeal" of the property Creates all lease documents and facilitates getting all parties to sign where required Maintains and updates Property Information Handbook and Advertising Log Book Responsible for daily marketing efforts through Craigslist and/or other outreach Assists Assistant Property Manager in building and maintaining a resident relations program Travel is a requirement Knowledge, Skills and Experience: Prefer 1 year experience in multifamily housing, salesorcustomer service field Must have good computer skills and be able to navigate software Must-engage enthusiastically withprospective and current residents Yardi experience a plus!
