Cylinder Filler

The Local Cylinder Filler is responsible for the safe and timely delivery of propane cylinders to our customers. Our Delivery Drivers are also accountable for upholding the highest standards for safety in the delivery and handling of propane and for conducting regular vehicle inspections and maintenance.

What you'll do:

• Unloading empty cylinders from trucks and examining cylinders for any defects.
• Fill cylinders, following procedures and safety policies, and then reload cylinders onto trucks.
• Keep personal equipment operating by following operating instructions; maintaining supplies; call manager for any needed repairs.
• Comply with all uniform requirements.
• Follow safe driving rules and procedures that comply with DOT standards if moving trucks.
• Other duties as assigned.

What you bring:

• High School Diploma/GED
• Strong work ethic
• Stable work history
• Tanker and Hazmat endorsement preferred
• Must be willing to be cross trained with bobtail
• Current DOT medical certification
• Legal Authorization to work in the US is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas now or in the future for this job opening

The hourly rate for this position is $17.00 - $20.00 per hour.

This role will be eligible for overtime pay once scheduled work week hours are met.


When applicable, this role is eligible for an on-call incentive stipend.

This position is also eligible for a quarterly/annual incentive program.
