Engineering Project Manager - HHY

Responsibilities Uphold and Adhere to Hoffman Hydronics’ Core Values Manage collectiveaccounts Provide a high level of customer service in a timely, effective and efficientmanner Keep up to date information on Jobs List Continuously stay updated on current competitive market pricing and report/share with Outsides Sales andManagement Developtechnicaldepthandunderstandingofcompanyproductsandapplication knowledge Managetheorderentryprocessandcoordinatedeliverieswiththecustomersincluding returns andwarranties Act as first responder for customer call-in requests regarding products orservices Upon receipt of an approved submittal the Inside Salesperson is responsible for seeing the product is ordered on time and accurately. It is essential that this position provide goodcommunicationbetweenthecustomer,salesengineerandthefactoriesinorderto accomplish a seamless product delivery Process and enter sales orders and quotations into CRM (Netsuite) Utilize industry databases to research and find upcoming jobs tobid Do preliminary take off on upcoming jobs Maintainprojectschedulesinquote/projectmanagementsystemensuringtimelyproject management including Submittals, Orders Entered, Customer Acknowledgements, Delivery Schedules, IOMs, Project CloseOut Develop“InstallationOperationsandMaintenanceManuals"toprovidethecustomer with written documentation on how to operate and maintain equipmentpurchased Work closely with manufacturers to resolveissues Coordinate scheduling of equipment start-up and resolution of warranty-relatedissues Remain knowledgeable on products and technologies which HTSrepresents Other tasks asassigned Education and Experience Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field required 2 or more year’s experience in the HVAC industry preferred but not required Minimum2year’s experienceinsimilarrole(InsideSales/AccountExecutive/Product Management) Highly developed interpersonal and analyticalskills Experience with Marketing / ProjectManagement Skills and Qualifications A strong sales presence and ability to develop lastingrelationships Detail oriented, professional attitude,reliable Sincere desire to helpothers Strong attention to detail Abilitytoworkindependentlyandwithinateamwithemphasisonaccuracyand timeliness Must possess a personal need to consistently produce accurate and thoroughresults Superior written and oral communication skills Proven problem solving, leadership and listeningskills Product and vendor knowledge (or the ability to quickly learnit) Strong technical aptitude Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multipletask Strong administrative and organizationalskills Working Conditions Normal officeenvironment Moderate lifting may be required to move equipment, files andsupplies Minimal travel may be required attimes Flexibility to work outside of normal office hours to ensure task arecompleted Occasional work in outside weatherconditions Physical Demands Walking:Frequently Sitting:Frequently Handling/Fingering:Frequently Bending:Frequently Pushing/Pulling 12 lbs or less:Frequently Lifting/Carrying 10 lbs or less:Frequently Lifting/Carrying 11-20 lbs:Occasionally Reaching Outward:Occasionally Reaching Above Shoulder:Occasionally Squatting/Kneeling:Occasionally Standing: Frequently This job description is intended to provide information regarding the essential functions and basic duties of this position.
