Let's explore how we can support your growth and help you take the next step in your career, while contributing to an exciting new chapter for Mott MacDonald in North America.Key Responsibilities:Implement procurement strategies to maintain security of supply and optimum value for moneyCollaborate with internal departments to determine procurement needsSource and manage suppliers, negotiating agreements to secure advantageous termsMonitor supplier performance to ensure compliance with contractual agreementsUtilize procurement systems for efficient purchasing processesConduct market research to identify new suppliers and productsOversee inventory management and maintain accurate procurement recordsIdentifying system or process improvements that increase efficiency, compliance or reduce cost to the businessQualifications:Degree desired; equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted in lieu of degree; high school diploma or equivalent required2 to 5 years of procurement supply chain experienceDemonstrated technical knowledge of Microsoft Office products required, specifically proficiency with Microsoft Office productsExperience with Contract processes and proceduresBusiness Analyst experienceExcellent analytical and reasoning skillsBenefits & RewardAt Mott MacDonald, our employees have a stake and a voice in our business, providing them with a direct connection to our success through our personal and group performance bonuses.
