We are seeking a strategic and collaborative HR Business Partner to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing guidance on HR policies, employee relations, and organizational development

- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals to enhance workforce effectiveness

- Support talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention efforts to ensure a high-performing team

- Facilitate performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, and development plans

- Address employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent resolution

- Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the organization

- Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and recommend improvements

- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies

Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification preferred

- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar HR role

- Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Ability to influence and build strong relationships at all levels of the organization

- Analytical mindset with proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite

- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism

- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
