Title: Quality Manager
Location: Orangeburg, SC
Schedule : Fully Onsite; M-F ~45 hrs/week
Pay: $115-130K (flexible DOE)
Bonus: 22% annual bonus target + Profit Sharing

A well-established AS9100 and ISO-9001 certified precision manufacturer is seeking a Quality Manager to lead its Quality department. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll manage a team, oversee compliance, and drive improvements to an already strong Quality Management System.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead and develop the quality department
  
  
• Oversee inspections, audits, certifications, and reporting
  
  
• Maintain compliance with AS9100/ISO-9001 and regulatory requirements (ITAR, FARs, Export Control)
  
  
• Partner with Engineering and Operations to mitigate risk and implement process improvements
  
  
• Enhance the Quality Management System to be proactive in eliminating risk and driving efficiency
  
  
• Manage outside services, specifications, and supplier quality
  
  
• Act as the point of accountability for all quality functions within the organization

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of direct experience in Quality Control and Quality Assurance under AS9100
  
  
• Strong knowledge of ISO-9001 Quality Management Systems
  
  
• Experience with regulatory compliance (ITAR, FARs, Export Control)
  
  
• Background in job-shop manufacturing (metal stamping or related industries: aerospace, automotive components, precision parts)
  
  
• Expertise in blueprint reading and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing)
  
  
• Proven success managing audits and certifications
  
  
• Ability to balance daily tactical responsibilities with strategic improvements
  
  
• Strong ownership mindset - accountable for overall quality performance
  
  
• High school diploma required; higher education or certifications a plus
