Responsibilities Manage shifts every week, ensuring customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience. Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift. Ensure quality, service, and cleanliness for customers. Plan for each shift, monitor performance, and take action to meet McDonald’s standards. Monitor safety, security, and profitability. Communicate with the next shift manager for a smooth hand‑over. Help assigned departments meet their goals and targets during shifts. Qualifications Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment. Positive team player with a flexible schedule and passion for a fast‑paced McDonald’s environment. Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants.
