Job Description & Requirements Pediatric Pathologist StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $300000.00 - $419000.00 Discover an opportunity to join a pediatric-focused pathology program in Coastal Virginia. Children's Specialty Group (CSG), in partnership with Children's Hospital of The King's Daughters (CHKD) and Old Dominion University, is seeking a board-certified AP/CP Pathologist to join an established and collaborative team. This position is based within a children's hospital and will focus primarily on pediatric pathology. The team is open to both fellowship-trained pediatric pathologists and general pathologists with interest or experience in pediatric cases. Opportunity Highlights:

• Balanced call structure (approximately 1:4), with shared responsibilities across the team

• Strong focus on quality care and manageable workload, not high-volume production expectations
