Role Description The Digital Marketing Specialist is a full-time, hybrid role based in Newington, NH, with flexibility for some work from home. In this role, the specialist plans, executes, and optimizes digital marketing campaigns to drive awareness, store traffic, and online engagement for Seacoast E-Bikes. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing social media channels, creating and scheduling content, monitoring online reputation, and engaging with the e-bike community. The specialist will analyze web and campaign performance data, adjust strategies, and report on key metrics. Additional tasks include coordinating online promotions, maintaining the website’s marketing content, collaborating with in-store staff on events and campaigns, and aligning digital efforts with the brand’s voice and customer experience. Qualifications Demonstrated skills in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing, including campaign planning and execution across multiple channels. Experience with Social Media Marketing, managing brand presence, and engaging audiences on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and others. Ability to use Web Analytics tools to track performance, interpret data, and make data-driven recommendations. Strong Communication skills, including clear writing, brand-consistent messaging, and collaborative work with in-store teams. Familiarity with basic content creation (copy, images, or video) and best practices for digital branding. Comfort working in a retail environment and interacting with customers and community partners; interest in cycling or outdoor recreation is beneficial. Organized, self-directed, and able to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a hybrid work setting.
