CNC Programmer (Third Shift)

In this role, your responsibilities will include cleaning and maintaining production tools and molds; fabricating components for new and existing tools and molds using tool room equipment based on engineering designs; and reading and interpreting prints from both paper drawings and digital files. The role involves using precision measurement tools to inspect, diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair existing molds to improve performance and correct issues. This position works closely with project leaders to ensure all projects are completed accurately, efficiently, and on schedule. The machines you will be working on will depend on the candidates skills and training, (EDM’s, both Wire and Sinker. Mills – Sarix Lazer Mill, Makino, Grinders, Roku-Roku, HAAS, and also hand tools for mold maintenance.) This is a direct hire. It is the third shift 10:00pm to 6:30pm 40hr+ work week the role must be performed on-site. The pay on this role is $25.00 to $35.00 an hour based on experience Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required; Tool & Die degree or 4+ years tooling/moldmaking experience preferred Experience with mills, lathes, grinders, and saws Basic PC skills; familiarity with CAD software (Mastercam, AutoCAD, SolidWorks) Strong math, blueprint reading, and problem‑solving skills Effective communication and ability to lead tasks when assigned Willingness to work overtime, travel occasionally, and attend training Physical & Work Environment Ability to stand, handle small parts, and lift up to 55 lbs Manufacturing environment with moderate noise and exposure to machining materials; safety glasses required Smoke-Free Workplace: No nicotine, marijuana, or chewing tobacco permitted Needs to be able to pass a background check and drug-screening after offer #VIS #J-18808-Ljbffr
