Rehabilitation Technician, CNA

Role: Weekend Rehab Technician (CNA Certified) in a Skilled Nursing Facility Responsibilities Assist therapists and nursing staff by transporting residents safely to and from therapy sessions and the rehab gym. Prepare, clean, and maintain treatment areas and equipment to ensure a smooth therapy schedule. Support resident safety, comfort, and well-being during transport and therapy. Communicate effectively with therapy and nursing teams regarding resident needs and schedules. Maintain and restock therapy supplies, monitor equipment for safety and cleanliness. Assist with therapy documentation, record organization, and resident records management. Support nursing staff with resident care as needed, consistent with CNA duties. Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors. Qualifications & Skills Current CNA certification in good standing in NYS. Energetic, enthusiastic, and passionate about quality resident care. Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Patience, a cheerful disposition, and willingness to assist residents and colleagues. Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to a flexible environment. Prior rehab tech experience is a plus.
