Veterinary Technician Supervisor

VCA Lilburn Animal Hospital is looking to add a Veterinary Technician to our leadership team as a Technician Supervisor !

Schedule

Full-time opportunity consisting of four 10-hour shifts with rotating Saturdays.

Compensation

Compensation is based on skill set, experience, and licensure status.

As a Technician Supervisor, you will work closely with our Medical Director and Hospital Manager to support daily hospital operations, provide mentorship to the technician team, and help create a collaborative, high-performing environment. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to continue growing their leadership skills while making a meaningful impact on their team and patients.

In addition to Veterinary Technician responsibilities, leadership duties include but are not limited to:

• Supporting and implementing hospital policies and procedures
• Scheduling staff and leading team meetings
• Accurately handling and maintaining controlled drug logs
• Interviewing, training, and mentoring new and existing associates
• Providing coaching and performance feedback

Qualifications

• Credentialed Veterinary Technician (CVT, LVT, RVT) or eligible to transfer licensure
• Previous leadership or mentorship experience preferred, but not required
