Job Overview  

RoofServ is seeking a motivated and dependable Roofing Consultant to help homeowners identify roofing needs and find the right solutions. The ideal candidate is confident, professional, customer-focused, and comfortable working both in the field and with customers. Prior roofing sales experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate. 

What You Will Do  

• Generate new roofing leads through networking, referrals, canvassing, community outreach, and other approved methods 
• Run company generated leads 
• Meet with homeowners and property managers to inspect roofing concerns and discuss available solutions 
• Clearly explain roofing products, repair and replacement options, warranties, timelines, and pricing 
• Prepare accurate estimates, proposals, and contracts 
• Follow up with leads and customers throughout the sales process 
• Maintain strong communication with customers, project managers, crews, and office staff 
• Coordinate project details and ensure customer expectations are properly communicated 
• Maintain accurate records in the company CRM or sales tracking system 
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals 
• Represent the company professionally and provide excellent customer service 
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and applicable laws and regulations 

Qualifications  

• Previous experience in roofing, construction, home improvement, insurance restoration, or outside sales preferred 
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-service skills 
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently 
• Professional appearance and dependable work ethic 
• Comfortable working outdoors, climbing ladders, and inspecting roofs when required 
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation 
• Ability to use a smartphone, email, CRM software, and basic estimating tools 
• Ability to pass a background check, if required 
• Bilingual skills are a plus, especially English and Spanish
