What You'll Do

• Provide emergency nursing care in a fast-paced hospital environment
• Assess patient conditions, prioritize care, and implement treatment plans
• Administer medications and treatments with precision
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members for optimal patient outcomes
• Document clinical information accurately using EPIC electronic health records
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to hospital policies and procedures
• Participate in scheduled holiday rotations and weekend shifts

What You Need

• Valid Louisiana RN license or ability to obtain licensure
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, NIH, CPI
• Pediatric experience preferred
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
