Salary:
$45-$50/hour plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Schedule:
• Monday & Wednesday: 7:45 AM - 5:00 PM
• Tuesday & Thursday: 8:45 AM - 6:00 PM
• Two Fridays per Month: 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Job Summary

Our client is seeking three compassionate and patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienists (RDHs) to join their growing team. This full-time opportunity is ideal for professionals who are passionate about preventive dentistry, patient education, and delivering exceptional oral healthcare in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

The practice believes in quality over quantity , providing hygienists with realistic appointment times that allow them to build meaningful relationships with patients while delivering comprehensive, individualized care.

Key Responsibilities
• Perform comprehensive dental hygiene procedures, including prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, scaling and root planing, and preventive treatments.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and accurately document clinical findings.
• Take digital radiographs as needed.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and home care techniques.
• Collaborate closely with dentists and the clinical team to provide exceptional patient care.
• Maintain accurate electronic clinical records.
• Follow all infection control and sterilization protocols.
• Create a comfortable, welcoming, and positive experience for patients of all ages.

Qualifications
• Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license.
• Current CPR certification .
• Strong communication and patient education skills.
• Ability to build rapport with patients of all ages.
• Team-oriented, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Experience with digital radiography and electronic dental records preferred.
• Passion for preventive dentistry and delivering exceptional patient care.
