Looking for a hands-on job where you can stay active, work with a great team, and build a long-term career?

We're hiring Packagers to help prepare products for shipment in a busy manufacturing and warehouse environment. In this role, you'll package products, organize materials, help with shipping and receiving, and make sure customer orders are accurate and ready to go.

What You'll Do

• Pack products into boxes and prepare pallets for shipment
• Secure shipments using banding and other packaging materials
• Label boxes and pallets with the correct order information
• Move materials and completed orders throughout the warehouse
• Organize products on shelves, racks, and storage areas
• Pull and prepare customer orders for shipping
• Help load and unload incoming deliveries
• Check shipments against packing lists to ensure accuracy
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Monitor packaging supplies and notify the team when inventory is running low
• Assist with general warehouse and shipping duties as needed

What We're Looking For

• Previous warehouse, packaging, production, or general labor experience is helpful
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds regularly
• Comfortable working on your feet throughout the shift
• Experience using a pallet jack or willingness to learn
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions and work safely
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Team player willing to help where needed

Bonus Points If You Have

• Packaging experience
• Shipping and receiving experience
• Warehouse experience
• Manufacturing or fabrication experience
• Experience working around sheet metal products
• Forklift or material handling experience

Work Environment

You'll work in a well-lit manufacturing and warehouse facility alongside a supportive team. The environment can be noisy at times, and you'll be handling metal and fabricated products throughout the day.

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr.
