Data Conversion Specialist

Job Description About the Role Were looking for a motivated, data-driven professional to join our team as a Data Conversion Specialist. In this role, your primary focus will be converting data from legacy systems during new customer onboarding. Youll evaluate, clean, map, and migrate incoming data into our platform. In addition, youll support ongoing data quality and reporting needs to ensure a seamless customer experience post-implementation. Primary Responsibilities Data Conversion Analyze and interpret incoming customer data from legacy or third-party systems Develop and execute SQL queries to extract, clean, transform, and load (ETL) data into our system Map data fields and normalize values to ensure consistency and compatibility with our platform Collaborate with implementation and support teams to verify data accuracy and completeness Troubleshoot data discrepancies and identify solutions in collaboration with internal teams and customers Document conversion processes and contribute to process improvement efforts Secondary Responsibilities Data Maintenance & Reporting Support ongoing data quality efforts by identifying and resolving inconsistencies Maintain and update customer reports using SAP Crystal Reports or similar tools Assist customers with custom reporting needs, including building, modifying, or explaining reports Perform testing and version control for deployed reports Provide customer support and training around data usage, reporting, and system navigation Qualifications 3+ years of experience working with SQL databases (Oracle preferred) Strong ability to write and manipulate complex SQL queries Experience with data conversion, ETL processes, and database normalization Familiarity with SAP Crystal Reports or similar reporting tools Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Preferred Qualifications Why is This a Great Opportunity: Experience with financial or enterprise software systems Background in customer onboarding or implementation Knowledge of data security and compliance practices Salary Type : Annual Salary Salary Min : $ 60000 Salary Max : $ 75000 Currency Type : USD #J-18808-Ljbffr NPAworldwide
