We’re looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Remote Patient Advocate to join New Paradigm Staffing, a growing healthcare staffing agency focused on connecting compassionate professionals with remote patient support roles.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about helping patients navigate the healthcare system and get the support they need.
What You’ll Do
- Assist patients with resolving issues related to billing, care access, or communication
- Listen actively to patient concerns and provide solutions
- Coordinate with clinics, billing teams, and insurance providers
- Maintain detailed case notes in the system
- Support patient satisfaction and advocacy initiatives
What We’re Looking For

- Ability to problem-solve and advocate effectively
- Experience helping others in customer service or healthcare
