Requirements: The Maintenance Person assists management in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and maintaining restaurant equipment. As a member of the Maintenance Team, your restaurant will support you with the tools and training needed to succeed. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: Associates degree or completed certification in production maintenance. 5+ years' previous experience in equipment and electrical maintenance. Ability to work flexible hours as needed. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. PREFFERED QUALFICATIONS: Previous supervisory experience in coaching, training, teambuilding, performance development, and conflict resolution strongly preferred. Experience with manufacturing safety practices. Paper Industry experience. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES: Solid analytical, mechanical, and mathematical skills. Solid working knowledge of electrical and mechanical maintenance. Working knowledge of maintenance of corrugated and packaging equipment. Working knowledge of manufacturing systems including shop floor software.
