Essential Job Responsibilities

• Perform assigned manufacturing, fabrication, assembly, inspection, maintenance, or material handling duties.
• Read and follow work orders, blueprints, drawings, and written instructions.
• Operate equipment such as welding machines, forklifts, overhead cranes, hand tools, power tools, and other production equipment as trained.
• Inspect materials and completed work to ensure quality standards are met.
• Load, unload, move, stage, and organize materials throughout the facility.
• Perform routine equipment checks and report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Maintain accurate production, inventory, or inspection records as required.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
• Follow all company policies, OSHA regulations, and PPE requirements.
• Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to meet production goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, fabrication, welding, maintenance, or industrial experience is required
• Ability to read measuring devices, work instructions, and basic blueprints is a plus.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new skills.
• Ability to safely operate or learn to operate manufacturing equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, or various shifts as needed.
