You’re the pulse of the restaurant, the first impression, and the cheerleader who lifts the energy of the entire dining room. Your friendly smile, positive attitude, and warm presence let guests know they’re in for something special.
Whether you're welcoming guests with a heartfelt “Bem-vindo,” managing seating with grace, or keeping the vibe upbeat during busy moments, you create a festive and smooth experience from start to finish. You’ll be the calm in the storm, the face of hospitality, and the guiding presence that helps guests feel cared for and excited to dine.
Your role is essential—not only do you manage the flow of the front door, but you also support the entire team with communication, coordination, and contagious positivity.
