You will take pride in maintaining an immaculate store presentation, introducing new customers to Loake, and contributing to the store’s success through attentive, personalised service. Your responsibilities will include: Greeting and assisting every customer with warmth, professionalism, and genuine interest. Offering tailored product recommendations through in-depth product knowledge and storytelling. Maintaining exceptional visual merchandising and store presentation standards. Supporting in-store events and experiences to attract new customers. Processing sales transactions with accuracy and care. Maintaining stock accuracy through careful handling and adherence to guidelines. Taking additional responsibility for keyholding in the absence of management. We are looking for: At least 1 year’s retail or customer service experience, ideally in luxury or premium environments. A genuine passion for delivering exceptional service. Strong communication skills and confidence to engage naturally with customers. Impeccable personal appearance and attention to detail.
