Remote Medicare Telesales Representative *100% Remote | Full-Time*
We're hiring licensed insurance professionals with Medicare sales experience to educate, enroll, and support Medicare members over the phone.
Schedule
* Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:30 PM
* Some weekends may be required
Requirements
* Active Health Insurance License (any state)
* NY appointment required within 30 days of hire
* AHIP Certification
* 2+ years of telesales, call center, customer service, or healthcare sales experience
* Strong knowledge of Medicare Advantage, CMS guidelines, and compliant sales practices
* Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
Preferred
* Medicare sales experience
* Spanish bilingual
* Healthcare or insurance industry background

* Conduct Medicare sales presentations and enrollments
* Educate members on plan options and benefits
* Ensure CMS-compliant sales practices
* Document customer interactions accurately
