The Sales Associate will be responsible to perform a wide variety of duties in the store and the production area. They will maintain order, create and sustain a pleasant and hospitable work environment, and maintain good customer relationships.

Responsibilities

1. Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive and professional atmosphere
2. Assist with daily store operations, displays, and cleanliness
3. Handle donations respectfully; sort, price, hang, tag, and stock merchandise as directed
4. Maintain proper organization by category, colorization, and rag-out schedule
5. Cashier duties: follow cash-handling policies, assist customers, restock merchandise

Qualifications

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma preferred

Skills and Competencies

• Proficient in Microsoft Suite
• Able to create reports, spreadsheets and presentations
