Job Summary
We are seeking a Laboratory Technician to support laboratory testing and documentation activities within a coatings/manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, basic laboratory knowledge, and the ability to follow established testing procedures accurately.
Key Responsibilities

Perform laboratory testing using established test methods and procedures.
Set up, operate, and adjust laboratory equipment and instruments.
Accurately record and document laboratory results, technical information, and test data.
Maintain an up-to-date electronic laboratory notebook and project documentation in accordance with ISO standards.
Demonstrate basic knowledge of coatings, laboratory equipment, and computer applications.
Collaborate with team members to ensure testing schedules and project timelines are met.
Follow all company security policies, safety procedures, and laboratory guidelines.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Manage assigned tasks and prioritize responsibilities under moderate supervision.
Perform additional laboratory duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
Basic laboratory or testing experience preferred.
Knowledge of coatings, laboratory equipment, or manufacturing environments is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
Basic computer proficiency.
Ability to follow written procedures and established testing methods.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
