Payroll Specialist

Salary: $85,000 - $100,000 per year A bit about us: We are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to manage and support the company’s payroll operations within a fast-paced oil and gas environment. This position will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for employees working across corporate, field, production, and project-based operations. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of payroll processing, wage and hour regulations, payroll taxes, deductions, and employee records. Job Details Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or a related field. 3+ years of payroll and/or accounting experience in a fast-paced, multi-state organization. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to quickly learn and effectively use additional software programs and web-based portals. Working knowledge of Dayforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or other payroll processing systems. Experience working in a union environment, including certified payroll. Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
